Vibration Analysis & Ultrasound

Vibration Analysis refers to the process of measuring the vibration levels and frequencies of industrial machinery, and using that information to determine the “health” of the machine, and its components. When an industrial machine (such as a fan or pump) is operated, it generates vibration. vibration analysis and ultrasound are at their best when they are used together. vibration analysis and ultrasound are oen viewed as complementary parts of a complete condition monitoring toolkit

Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT)

Dye Penetrant inspection is a widely applied method used to locate surface breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics or ceramics). The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials, although for ferrous components.

Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) process for detecting surface and shallow subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. The process puts a magnetic field into the part. The presence of a surface or subsurface the discontinuity in materials allows the magnetic flux to leak.

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Ultrasonic Testing (UT) uses high frequency Sound energy to conduct examination and make measurements. Ultrasonic inspection can be used for flaw detection/evaluation, dimensional measurements, material characterization, etc; Ultrasonic Inspection is a very useful and versatile NDT method.

Eddy Current (ET)

Eddy current inspection is one of several NDT methods that use the principle of electromagnetism as the basis. One of the major advantages of Eddy current as an NDT tool is the variety of inspection and measurements that can be performed.

Visual Testing (VT)

Visual Testing (VT) is perhaps the oldest and most widely used inspection technique. Oen the eyes are the only equipment used for the inspection. To perform a successful direct visual examination, adequate lightning and good inspector eyesight is required.

IR Thermography (IRT)

Infrared thermography is the science of detecting infrared energy emitted from an object, converting it to apparent temperature, and displaying the result as an infrared image. Based on the intensity of the IR radiation, it determines the temperature of the object's surface, and makes it visible for the human eye with a thermal image

Endoscopy with Borescope

An endoscope is an illuminated opcal, typically slender and tubular instrument (a type of borescope) used to look deep into the material and used in procedures of an endoscopy. Borescope inspection camera helps to locate potential problems quickly and easily without the need to dismantle a system or machine, allowing corrective measures to be taken before costly downtime occurs.

Radiographic Testing (RT) & Radiographic Film Interpretation (RTFI)

Radiographic Testing is a nondestructive testing method of materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of short wavelength electromagnetic radiation(high energy photons) penetrate the material. X-rays & Gamma rays are used for testing, because of the penetration and absorption capabilities of the both.
